Suggested preparation

Stuffed Arepa

The arepas are like an outside crispy bread but tender from inside. Imagine it hot
with a tasty filling.

Preparation:

Simply mix flour and water. The flour has to be precooked corn and notice that it is very thin. It doesn´t work to
mill cornflour to have polenta.
Like I said, 1 water cup (I like it to be warm) with a little salt and 1 teaspoon of oil or butter, and incorporate a cup of cornflour.
Simply mix flour and water then bake it at 200ºC for 10 minutes.
For the filling, mix 250 gr of chicken that is previously boiled in broth (find here how to do it easily from boiled chicken), chopped medium onion, half chopped avocado in a little bigger pieces, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix.
Open the arepa in the middle without reaching the end and fill it as you desire.
