SHALLOT ONION
An onion of French origin, with a small bulb of elongated shape, copper brown in colour, with a consistent appearance and a sweet and mild flavour somewhere between garlic and onion. It can be stored for months. Particularly special to cook with.

There is a very simple solution for ear ache, which is to remove the most internal part of the onion, known as the “heart”, and put a piece in your concha (or bowl of the ear). Onions have an incredible anti-inflammatory effect, so they will help to relieve that earache.
